This is the blog for Ms. Mercer’s class. This is where I update information like due dates, assignments, and web links to important sites. 

Here are the rules: 

To use the class website/wiki/blog, you must agree to the following statements.

• I will not use any curse words or inappropriate language.
• I will not use fighting words or provoke anyone.
• I will avoid the use of chat language.
• I will try to spell everything correctly.
• I will only give constructive criticism.
• I will only use my first name, and those of my classmates.
• I will not plagiarize (deliberately use the work of others and say it was my own).

I know that breaking any of these rules could lead to any of the following consequences depending on severity and repetition:

• warning
• deletion of some or all of your work
• temporary loss of computer privileges
• detention or/and suspension
• permanent loss of blogging privileges

I also know that the class website is considered a virtual extension of our classrooms, and therefore all school, district, and US federal Rules and Regulations apply. I know that violation of any of these rules may be referred to the School Administration.
