For the week of 4/23/2007

Posted by alicemercer on 22nd April 2007

This week in our classrom…

Unit Project

On our unit project, we will be starting to work in Wikispaces. Follow this link to our class wiki, then create a page for your group using the Unit Five Project template. You should include your table group number in the file name. Once the page is created, you should go to here to find the page you made. You will be answering some basic questions about your project this week. Next week, you will begin planning your transportation needs.

On Friday, please send me a note reflecting on what has happened for you and if you chose, the class, this week.

This week in our classroom: April 16, 2007

Posted by alicemercer on 16th April 2007

Wednesday is Open House! Please bring your parents so you can share our classroom with them.

We will be starting a new unit in Language Arts on the westward movement in the history of our country. You’ll notice a new page on top called Going East? This is for our unit project which will be to plan a trip east (since we’re already west).

Here is homework for the week of 4/16/2007

The rest of our studies will be to prepare for state testing, which starts next week.
