  3.   DJ Says:

My report is on the civil war. In the civil war it was a terrible fight, but slavery was still going on. So many black people joined the war on the union side that there was not really slavery when they were fighting. The South (or rebels) were fighting against the union. The phrase civil war meant fighting against each other. Before this entire war happened, the south demanded a war because they wanted to keep slavery. We (the union) were winning then orders came they had to go to the enemies base. We lost many black and write brave men. But more got inspired by bravery so they got in to the war. This time we won.

The American Revolution by Destiny Astorgia There was some hard battles but one was Lexington and concord. People thought it was going to be like any other day, but it wasn’t. On April, 19 1775 the midnight word had spread about the British are coming. This probe happened by everyone taking sides. There were three different groups. One was the patriots they wanted to be free from the British rule. Another one was the British they were loyal to the king. The last one was neutral the didn’t take any side. Here is someone you probe don’t know his name is John Parker. He was a tall huskey veteran of the French Indian war. At the time of the Lexington and concord battle he was very ill from a lung disease called tuberculosis. Still wanted to do his duty to protect Lexington. He died on the following September. Still Lexington remembers him by a statue of him in Lexington. This is my unit prodgect on the American Revolution By Destiny Astorgia .

  5.   Taylor Says:

My report is on the Civil war. First, Benjamin Franklin Butler quickly became one of the best known figures. He was also a democratic congressman from Massachusetts when fort Sumter surrendered. Another thing about him is that butler was visited by officers from three regiments. Next, on January 1, 1863 citizens were lining up at the White House for a traditional event. Abraham Lincoln shook hands with a hundred common citizens. Finally, one African American suggested that “columm after columm of fire ascended from the city”, thousands of blue coats marched into enemy capital. Another thing that happened was that Lee’s army surrendered. At the end when they sent Africans to the war, most of them didn’t return home. The country had paid the sacrifice and ended slavery.

  6.   jackson Says:

My report is on the American civil war. In the beginning, the battle of seven pines, they had 100,000 union troops fighting. There were also 65,000 confederated troops with them. During the first year, the Union asserted controlled of the border state and established a naval blockade as both sides raise large army to fight in the war. Lee told Jackson to defend the valley and he did. In just over a month, Jackson clashed with federal troops at almost a dozen Virginia towns, getting victory after victory. Jackson’s forces was much smaller than the Unions, but his forces cuold take, thrust, and parry to take the superiorUnion forces back to there camp. Jackson advised his officers to surprize his enemy if it was possible. In the campain he lost , Jackson lost 2500 troops, but the federals hadseven thousand casualties. In the bloody battle the British used tanks to defeat the American. The British had reloads for machine guns and almost defeated most of the Americans the British only had machine guns to defeat most of them. The governor sent people to destroy the British they defeated 50 British and the British sent some army to destroy the patriots. A pre-war February peace conference of 1861 met in Washington in a failed attempt at resolving the crisis. However, governors in Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania quietly began buying weapons and training militia units. Before the war people had slaves who had worked hard. During the wars there were women like nurses, vivan, sutlers, and as Union and liqueurs to soldiers. Then one day Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves. Obviously, that is what I’ve learned about the American Civil War.

  7.   Brandon Says:

    Brandon and Tony
When 1862 drew to lose both north and south and the lose land. Lien coin was reeling over the drastic loss at Fredericksburg. He was worried that the mounting stores and at railway deport through hot the north would turn the country. Similarly the president Jefferson Davis had to deal with strong-willed Indepent confidante officered, how boasted that with the Yankees but something ended up defeated. Jack son and lee claimed important victories in Virginia sagging southern sprints. But during the autumn of 1862, Lincoln pulled the rug out from under promise to free the slaves. He knew his preliminary outline of the plan of Emancipation proclamation in January 1863 hold to gain diplomatic recognition of the good further economic support abroad. In addition, his offer of freedom and refuge to millions of slave.

  8.   kiarah Says:

In the early years of American history, Africans did not come from the United States. They were brought to the New World by traders and forced into a life of slavery. Even after slavery ended, African Americans faced discrimination and injustice. Almost immediately, white people in the southern United Sates found ways to restrict the rights of African Americans .In other places, African Americans had to sit in the back of buses. They also had to give up there seats if there weren’t enough seats for all the whites on board. People had different ideas about when the Movement began. When the movement began some white people did not want that. Some white people showed hatred to African Americans, especially blacks who spoke out for equality.

    AMERICANS LAWS

    AMERICANS LAWS

My favorite laws are not killing
People. An other thing I like about the laws there are cops to watch. Out if some brakes
the law. Then you go to prison but if you are 17 and down then you go to Juvie. Some rule are easy but some could be
very hard . Some you don’t even know
it could be such laws . Some laws are not fair like back in the day they didn’t let all type of heritage have equal rights like we have to day. That is my favorite things of
    the American laws.

    Zhane AND Kristen.S

We are writing about civil rights of how they got along and about how they made there rights and how they are marching for more information about there new rights about others not getting along with each other and about them making there new rights and people usually listen to Martin Luther king jr. and other original people should make there own rights so they could get along in the past like people getting along in the future so everyone will have there own rights about how they want it to be like and all people should get along with other people back in the old days they should have other rights about what they should be doing of there own rights and laws so everyone will know what the rights are and they would know what to do in the future so no one will be mistaken about there rights and no one will be marching in the streets to change the rights so they could be treated the same as every one and there would be no one arguing and fighting for different rights and about them so they could all get along at the same time so they would not had to fight any more and they could all be friend so white people and black people should all have rights so they could get along because people have to get along they cant be mad at each other for so long
